Art-Adventures is a production of World Art Productions Inc. All rights are reserved by WAPI.

Your invitation to participate in the Art Evaluation Event and your registration is also your agreement for Art-Adventures to use material taped or written about your item in its Television and promotional activities.

You will be provided a release form that must be signed to participate in the evaluation event.

You will be provided a verbal evaluation. Art-Adventures does not warrant any value estimate by the independent appraisers participating in the event.

Your admission to the event is a license from Art-Adventures, and our sponsors, to attend. Art-Adventures and their sponsors reserve the right to revoke your license.

Admission is on a first come first served basis provided that the registrant provides a qualified painted, printed or drawn art piece.

Art-Adventures does not provide evaluations of sculptures, castings or works of art that are not painted, printed or drawn.

All evaluations are the opinion of the certified appraisers and may not reflect the opinion of the management, sponsors or producers of Art-Adventures.

Art-Adventures will make every reasonable effort to provide you with an evaluation. In the event that our event is cancelled, postponed, interrupted or delayed for any reason Art-Adventures will have no responsibility to the registrant.

In the event your item is selected for television, you agree to cooperate with the producers, directors, make up specialist and the crew before, during and after the TV taping.

You also agree to interviews after the event for up to one year for Art-Adventures or their affiliates. You agree to arrive on time for your evaluation and to follow the procedures for participating in the event.

Your admission is for yourself and one observer. Additional admissions may be available upon request and will be granted based on availability.

Art-Adventures may use your picture or taped image and audio for promotional purposes.

You have the option not to appear on TV in which case Art-Adventures will provide you with an evaluation only.

Art-Adventures accepts no responsibility for your item, art, or personal property while attending the event.
